Talmadge Canyon Park Rate Information

Once you have chosen Talmadge Canyon Park as your new residence, you will need to put down a $300 holding deposit.  The balance of the deposit and application fees will be due within two weeks.* 

A $25.00 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant at the time your applications are submitted.  The fee is $40.00 for a co-signer and occupant application together.  Only California residents can be accepted as co-signers. Please refer to separate sheet for rental qualifications.

We accept up to 2 pets per apartment.  An additional deposit of $300.00 is required.  We are now accepting dogs with an additional deposit of $500.00. Please call the rental office for our breed restrictions.

Please note that all offers to rent are subject to the availability of units and application approval.  We lease on a “first come, first serve” basis, and certain restrictions apply.
